Sound, Monitor, Lighting and Communication Systems: $2,250.00 to $3,750.00 Variable
Energy, Power and Light: 1 Show $350.00

Security: $21.00 per hour per guard/4 hr. minimum Variable
Janitorial: labor and supplies/per performance day/1 Show $500.00

Ticket Service: Printing of Tickets @ $.085 ea. Variable
Ticket Service: Remote, Phone and Internet Sales @ $.25 ea. Variable
Credit Card Transactions: 3.0% of Dollar Amount of Transactions Variable
Facility Restoration Fee: $4.00 per ticket Variable
Merchandise Sales: 25% of Gross Sales/Licensee Bank and Staff Variable
Damage Deposit: (refundable if conditions are met) $300.00
Event Insurance in the amount of $2 million/Liability is required Variable
Deposit: Non-refundable, $1,500/one performance day $1,000 per day for multiple day bookings Variable
Not-For-Profit Rental Rate for qualified Riverside based Performing Arts Groups: 50% of Commercial Rental Rate; all other costs are as stated. Variable
California overtime laws apply to all hourly employees: 1.5 x hourly rate over 8 hours and 2.0 hourly rate over 12 hours
